Email nickmoore@pitchexpert.games for anything not covered below — bugs, feedback, billing issues, or account requests. Pitch Expert is built and supported by one person, so replies may take a day or two, but every message gets read.
Pitch Expert Pro subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID, the same as any App Store subscription.
To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free with your stats and progress intact.
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices and Pro isn't showing as active, open Pitch Expert, go to Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. This re-links your existing subscription to your account using your Apple ID — no need to pay again.
You can delete your account directly from within the app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your progress, stats, and personal data from our systems.

Is Pitch Expert really free?
Yes. All 16 game modes, the Daily Challenge, and the global leaderboard are free with no account required. Pro is entirely optional and just removes limits for people who want to play more.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Most modes can be played offline — your results sync automatically to the leaderboard and your streak once you're back online.
How often is new content added?
Every single day, at midnight, for the Daily Challenge. The wider question archive is regularly fact-checked, expanded, and rewritten too.
What do I get with Pro, exactly?
Unlimited lives, the full question archive unlocked, an ad-free experience, and early access to new modes as they're released. Everything else stays exactly the same as Free.
Can I cancel Pro whenever I want?
Yes — see "Managing Your Subscription" above. Cancel any time and keep Pro until your current billing period ends.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet — Pitch Expert is iPhone and iPad only for now, with Android planned for the future.
I found a bug — what should I do?
Email nickmoore@pitchexpert.games with what happened, what device and iOS version you're on, and a screenshot if you have one. That's the fastest way to get it looked at and fixed.
